By accessing or using diagnosis.cosmeeworld.com, taking the DermAI™ skin quiz, or ordering a COSMEE product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

COSMEE WORLD LLC is a US-based limited liability company operating from Austin, Texas. References to “we”, “us”, “our”, and “COSMEE” in these terms mean COSMEE WORLD LLC. References to “you” mean the person using the site or buying our products.

To use COSMEE you must:

• Be at least 16 years old, or have a parent’s consent.
• Provide accurate information when you take the quiz or place an order. Inaccurate answers may result in a formula that doesn’t fit your skin.
• Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

COSMEE products and DermAI™ analyses are cosmetic. They are not medical devices, not pharmaceutical drugs, and not a substitute for a dermatologist or any other licensed healthcare provider.

• Our recommendations are based on the answers you provide and, if you upload one, your photo. We don’t diagnose medical conditions.
• If you have a skin condition (rosacea, eczema, acne, etc.) or are pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescription topicals, or undergoing dermatological treatments, consult your doctor before adding our products to your routine.
• If you experience a reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us at info@cosmeeworld.com — we offer free reformulation (see Section 8).

You can complete the quiz without an account. To save results, manage a subscription, or contact support, you may sign in by email link or with Google. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in email — anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you.

• Subscription (default): $45 per cycle, billed every 6 weeks. We frame this as a “3-cycle protocol” on marketing surfaces because most clients need 12–18 weeks for full results, but you can cancel at any time before your next cycle ships — there is no minimum commitment.
• One-time kit: $69 per kit, no subscription, no follow-up shipment.
• After your first 18 weeks (3 cycles) on the subscription, renewal pricing may adjust to $55 per cycle. You’ll receive an email notice 14 days before the price change goes into effect.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
• Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments (today) or Stripe (rolling out). We never store full card numbers.
• Free shipping within the continental United States. We don’t currently ship outside the US.

Each COSMEE protocol is hand-compounded after we receive your order. Typical timeline:

• 1–2 business days for compounding.
• 3–5 business days for shipping within the US.

We cap intake at 100 new clients per week to keep every formula fresh. If a week sells out, your order may be queued into the following week — we’ll email you with the expected ship date as soon as it’s confirmed.

Two guarantees we stand behind:

• 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within 15 days of receiving your first kit, email info@cosmeeworld.com and we’ll refund the cost of that kit. You don’t need to ship the product back.
• Free reformulation. If your formula doesn’t work for your skin within your first cycle, we’ll reformulate at no extra cost. Email us a short description of what isn’t working and we’ll ship a recalibrated kit within 5 business days.

Refunds outside this 15-day window are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or by emailing info@cosmeeworld.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current cycle. You won’t be charged for the next cycle.
• You can also pause or skip a cycle from your account page without canceling outright.

The COSMEE® name, the DermAI™ mark, our logo, formulas, written content, and the design and software powering this site are owned by COSMEE WORLD LLC and protected by US and international IP law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of these without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the site as intended.

Photos you upload to DermAI™ remain yours. By uploading you grant us a limited license to use the photo to compute your scan and to retain it as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• COSMEE WORLD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to these terms or our products will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold COSMEE WORLD LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by writing to us first will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Informal resolution first: before filing a formal dispute, please email info@cosmeeworld.com describing the issue. We’ll try to resolve it directly within 30 days.

We may update these terms as our operation evolves (new products, new payment processor, new jurisdictions). Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the site after the change date means you accept the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
